100% Cabernet from Howell Mountain and Oakville vineyards, the 2006 is stunning. Very complex with well integrated tannins. Really a very good wine. Hard to pay this sort of cash for a wine during a recession, but beautiful wine. |

| First vintage of the Lail winery, very smooth flavours from the 55% Merlot, with come good structure and rounded finish. A little mustiness on the nose but still signs of life in the fruit and balance in the finish. |
