Also, it was late in the day so we were surprised when we were let in for a tasting (we found out later that they thought we were a different group that had an appointment). Either way we were very pleased to have stumbled across Corison. Straight away we were delighted to see that they only focused on Cabernets, all of which were excellent. The winery itself is small, and the tasting room could only cater to a small crowd so definitely do try to call ahead or you could be disappointed. |
