It is a very small winery on Hoffman Lane, virtually across the road from Havens, and it looks like you are walking into someones house when you enter (which it turns out that you are). The service was excellent, and the people working the tasting room were very appreciative of us turning up, and joined us with a few glasses. Elyse are known for their Zinfandels, which I thought were definitely their best wines. Make sure to call ahead before you visit. Definitely recommended. |

| I was impressed with this wine. Medium-dark ruby in color with a great nose. Very good upfront, with silky tannins and a very smooth finish. Seemingly the bottle had been open for quite some time. Very good. |

| Wow, this is a big wine. Dark color, very intense with a huge finish. "Sucks all of the moisture from your mouth." Could do with some time in the bottle but a very good Petite Sirah |
